The cement-paved roads weave a web of maps, recording the trajectories of human lives. The installation of tactile paving, in particular, further confines the walking routes of specific groups within an even narrower scope. Yet, creatures beyond humanity pay no heed to such urban planning—plants defy the odds, scaling walls and emerging through cracks, while animals leave footprints that transcend the modular cement structures, traversing and living parallel to this network, occasionally imprinting their traces, intertwined with the ordinary lives of every person. In creating this new series of works, I have also sought to experience a state of "derailment" during the process—whether by intentionally working off-center in glassblowing, introducing random textures, or by opening "windows" in cement to disrupt its monotony. Through these unfamiliar methods of creation, I aim to break free from conventional creative habits and integrate this exploration into the final expression of the series.
